SV312 Polyurethane Sealant for Windshield & Glass Bonding–2 Hour Drive-Away
SV312 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant for bonding automotive windshields and side glass. It cures to 61 Shore A with 4.0 MPa tensile strength and ≥350% elongation, extrudes at 80 g/min, and allows a safe drive-away time of two hours on airbag-equipped vehicles. It is supplied in 300 ml cartridges and 600 ml sausages.
Formulated for the automotive aftermarket and glass-replacement trade, SV312 reacts with atmospheric moisture to form a tough, permanently elastic bond between glass and painted body flanges. It is non-sagging, non-corrosive to paint and antenna grids, requires no primer on glass, and delivers consistent gunability from 5 °C to 35 °C. SV400 Two-Component Injectable Epoxy Chemical Anchor Adhesive for Concrete
SV400 is a two-component injectable epoxy anchoring adhesive for threaded rods and rebar in cracked and uncracked concrete. It is thixotropic, shrinkage-free, suitable for damp concrete, and cures to 95 N/mm² compressive strength with a service temperature of -40 °C to +50 °C. SV400 is formulated for structural post-installed connections: anchoring threaded rods and rebar into walls, slabs, columns and foundations, connecting structural steel, and strengthening concrete members in renovation and retrofit work. The epoxy system is solvent-free, low in emissions, and cures without shrinkage, so the bond develops full contact with the drilled hole wall even in damp concrete. Because it is injectable and thixotropic, it fills the hole from the bottom up without voids and does not run out of overhead or horizontal holes.
