What is uv glue?
The term "UV glue" generally refers to a shadowless glue, also known as photosensitive or ultraviolet curable adhesive. UV glue require curing through exposure to ultraviolet light and can be used for bonding, painting, coating, and other applications. The abbreviation "UV" stands for Ultraviolet Rays, which are invisible electromagnetic radiation with wavelengths ranging from 110 to 400nm. The principle behind the shadowless curing of UV adhesives involves the absorption of ultraviolet light by photoinitiators or photosensitizers in the material, leading to the generation of active free radicals or cations that initiate polymerization and cross-linking reactions within seconds.
Shadowless glue gluing process: shadowless glue is also called ultraviolet glue, it must be through ultraviolet irradiation to the glue under the premise of curing, that is, the photosensitizer in shadowless glue and contact with ultraviolet light will bond with the monomer, theoretically without the irradiation of ultraviolet light source shadowless glue will almost never cure. The stronger the UV curing speed, the faster the general curing time ranges from 10-60 seconds. Shadowless adhesive must be illuminated by light to cure, so the shadowless adhesive used for bonding can generally only be bonded to two transparent objects or one of them must be transparent, so that ultraviolet light can pass through and irradiate onto the glue.

Materials sensitive to temperature, solvents and moisture can be used.

Compared with traditional instant adhesive bonding, it has the advantages of environmental test resistance, no whitening, good flexibility, etc. It has excellent low temperature, high temperature and high humidity resistance.
